We haven't implement yet Ambulance Services in these communes. We have implement first aid program and training to receive the Ambulances and implement an Ambulance Services and also (National Emergency Rescue Network- NERN). We asking for help (equipments, materials, grants) to facilitate our actions to be more effective. As we know the land and have great cooperation with the civil society , groups and organizations in these regions it is more profitable for us to implement development programs to help those people. As the epidemic cholera is running fast where there are no infrastructure( rural, province comunity) we pledge for help and scale up funding also in the Grand'Anse.

We want also to note that these areas are the most vulnerable beyond the others where we don't yet have programs.
