Mission
This site is designated as a "CTC" per the PAHO list dated 11/19/10 CTC Definition: Center for the treatment of Cholera (CTC): a center set up for the
treatment of cholera with a staff recruited for this 40 to 300 beds
which receives the sick suspects of cholera. In the case ideal,
there are tents for rehydration iv and tents or rooms for the phase
of re-convalescensce. Capable of processing of complications such
as pulmonary edema. Open 24 on 24/ 7 on 7. Receives the sick who
come spontaneously and cases referred to it.

6/16/2011 There was an alert put out on HEAS group regarding this area. Med. team (Stephanie Fletcher) checked with Dr. Jojo and reported the following. Lpar
"Just spoke with Dr. Jojo and they are not in need of meds, supplies or personnel at this time. He is coming to PAP tomorrow for a meeting and we will try to speak again then or certainly Saturday. He is going to speak with the physician in St. Michel (we had a bad connection so I couldn't make out the name) who is with UCS and get me his contact information asap.."
