UTC DEFINITION: Unit for the treat of Cholera (UTC): A health center,
mobile clinic or hospital that has built a space to treat cholera
patients, or in a tent or in a room of the structure. UTC is capable
of making oral and intravenous rehydration. Capacity 2-20 beds.
Opening: at least 12 hours. Staff physician, infimières,
sanitation officer, health worker.
