Added Cholera Beds/25 per PAHO/MSPP list dated 1/23/11 - LTEL 1/27/11

Email from Patrice Tallyrand/Foundation Mayabou 1/11/11:

Just spoke to my contact in SAVE:
Save has two staffed and operational CTU's. One in Bainet and one in Belle Anse.
the Belle Anse CTC was finally staffed end of last week.

Belle Anse is a very large Municipality with extremely bad roads and it seems that timely access to the CTU is the problem.
