Hi Mike,

I noticed Carol Stufflebeam is copied on your communique… she had submitted a Request For Assistance for Clinic Eau De Vie on 1/8 that did not contain enough information for us to be able to act on the request. Several requests for clarification have gone unanswered, and we will close out her request Monday COB if she does not respond.

Do you know anything about this site and whether there is a true need?

Cheers,
Jim

1/4/10 Email from Love A Child/Carole Stufflebeam to HEAS:

I am e-mailing on behalf of the CTC lactated in MalPasse at Clinic Eau De Vie. We are MSPP designated and have 3 local clinics in the zone working in coordination to make this happen. Our Love A Child organization is responsible for the supplies required and we have needs in order to keep it going. We are currently seeing approx 60 patients a day, of which approx 75% have to be admitted, and can not keep up with the need for ORS. We would like to register to be informed by your organization of the current situation and the contacts for getting the needs met for the CTC.

We have a very limited number of cots (30) and the plastic to put on the cots. We have had to put patients on the floor to make space for them.

Our biggest needs are as listed:

ORS
Cots
Plastic
Ango Caths 18G, 22 G and 24G
IV tubing
L/R
Hand Sanitizer
Laundry Soap
Gowns for the staff
