Camp Louise is a town that has been there for many years. Initially it was Louise' camp. There are 3 nurses auxiliare. It is a one hour drive west from Cap. They have a well behind the clinic that is pumped manually. If we had electricity water could be pumped to large holding tank on the roof. USAID built 6 room clinic in 2006. No docs. Inside is a shower and toilet. Upstairs has rebar which would be conducive for building guest quarters. Clinic has TV, lights hung BUT no wiring?
We are trying to get estimate for electricity.
