from the doc below: NetHope invites your organization to submit a proposal for the 5-year Professional Services Contract based on the requirements and terms and conditions set forth in this Request For Proposal (RFP). This RFP is intended to enable NetHope to identify a vendor or collection of vendors to supply the professional resources and services to develop and deliver on their core programs over the next 5 years. It is anticipated that the selected vendor(s) will enter into a Master Services Agreement (MSA), which will establish the legal terms and conditions, fixed labor rates for the duration of the agreement, and the levels and types of resources required. Once the MSA is established, NetHope and the vendor(s) will agree to specific task orders which will define the scope, deliverables, performance periods, performance criteria, and the estimated labor and expenses for specific projects. The total amount of professional services to be procured under this RFP is not fixed, but is expected to be from the low hundreds to the thousands of [days] of effort per year. It is NetHope’s intent to contract for a five year period, however, the contract will be renewed annually based on the vendor’s performance.
