- from website: Reading for All is a partnership between The Oregon Community Foundation and the Marion, Polk and Yamhill county Children and Families Commissions. The mission of these agencies complements the Foundation's commitment to early childhood development and strengthening Oregon families. Together, we are mobilizing to increase literacy in the Northern Willamette Valley.
