The Road to Recovery in Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Founder and President, R. Gary LeBlanc left Virginia with Mercy One for Tuscaloosa, vteer central

Alabama on Friday, April 29th. Our teams of professional chefs and volunteers have prepared and served over 3000 hot, handcrafted meals to victims, first responders, and volunteers throughout the vicinity, heavily damaged by a massive tornado outbreak. Mercy Chefs is now transitioning from the mass-feeding of victims and volunteers crescent ridge to the direct support of volunteer work crews and local law enforcement. These dedicated groups are undertaking heavy restoration work and beginning the long road to recovery. Mercy Chefs will be on-site as long as needed, thanks to the generous financial support of people like you.

There is still much to be done. If you would like to be a part of our continued relief efforts, please email info @ mercychefs.com to volunteer or visit Mercy Chefs to make a secure online donation. We are able to do what we do because of you!
