9/4/06 (Now history) GREAT MEETING - Helped everyone!!

Policy = guidelines regarding how to enter data into the database, such
as:

- formats for titles, i.e. LRTCs (Naming Conventions)
example: leaving a comma out will affect the sort options when doing like lists.
AND
- consolidation of item types example: case management or case management, volunteers

Task: Process for deleting Items - Be sure to process any facilities attached to item before deleting any item!!
