Wildfire Evacuation -

Wildfire Information Hotline: 541-552-2490
Ashland Emergency Broadcast Station: 1700AM--tune in during emergency situations for up to date information.
Taking the correct route during an evacuation is critical for your safety. Please review the designated route in your neighborhood on the Wildfire Evacuation Map.
http://www.ashland.or.us/Files/Wildfire_Evac_Routes.pdf
Also look for the red, white, and blue evacuation route signs. If an evacuation is ordered, follow the directions given to you by officials, or tune to 1700 AM to get the best route out. We need you to follow these routes so fire engines responding to the fire can take a less congested route to the fire.
Protecting your home before the fire is the most effective way to fight a wildfire. For more information about fire safety visit our page on defensible space and the wildland urban interface. Also, you can schedule a Wildfire Home Evaluation any time of the year (at no charge) by calling Ali True at 541-552-2231.
