While we all appreciate your concern for the Greater New Orleans Area, we need to ask for your patience as we take time to assess the damage within the region prior to engaging spontaneous, unaffiliated volunteers.

We are currently asking that all interested volunteers register with www.volunteerlouisiana.gov or www.volunteerneworleans.com so that we can contact you once we confirm all volunteer needs and opportunities from our non-profit partner organizations throughout the region.

For a list of agencies that we work with please refer to www.gnodrp.org. Click on "About GNODRP" then "Member Agencies". There are currently more than 80 organizations that have joined this partnership to collaboratively address the recovery in this region.

Once again, we appreciate your commitment to our recovery and we appreciate your patience as we thoroughly assess the post-Gustav landscape.
