FACEBOOK NEEDS LIST AS OF MON. 9/12/11:
List of needs as of Monday afternoon: Electolytes for horses, small salt bricks, regular salt blocks for cattle, protein tubs for cattle, cattle cubes (no urea), horse sweet feed (10%), horse pellets (12%), Safe Guard cow block de-wormers, worm drench / paste for calves, walkie talkies, fly spray, sunscreen for horses, fly masks, hoof picks, brushes, curry combs, gatorade. THANK YOU!

VOLUNTEERS:
Volunteers are still welcome! Thank you to all who have inquired, those who have joined us and those of you who plan to come out!
**Update** We have changed our evening feeding and walking times. WE WILL NOW FEED AT 6:00PM INSTEAD OF 5-5:30.** WE WILL WALK AT 7:30.**
Here's our daily schedule with the new evening time:
7-7:30am - water, feed, hay, clean stalls
9-9:30am - hand walking each horse for exercise
Throughout the day: check waters, receive and log donations, field requests, etc.
6:00pm - water, feed, hay, clean stalls
7:30 - hand walk each horse

TLPRC can care for evacuated and rescued horses for up to 90 days and provide assistance in locating foster care. If your horse is located elsewhere and you have arranged for long term care, we have volunteers who can pick your horse up for relocation. Regarding photos: For the protection of owners of unclaimed horses, we will not be posting or releasing pictures of those animals. Owners may contact TLPRC with a description of their horses. Volunteers at the tent area will step each owner through the process of identifying and claiming their horses. If you are looking for a horse, please call 512-350-9566 (leave message) or come by the arena and we will help in every way possible.
