About this facility

Mission: They are starting with "water", but are concerned about all environmental issues. From the website: "Who Decides?" is an organization of tax paying,
law abiding citizens concerned about the quality of our local drinking water, and about paying sensible water rates. Water is the "New Gold," Blue Gold, "New Oil," and the hottest commodity on the market today. Gloucester is being courted by major corporations to sell its water. As other communities have found out, selling water eventually leads to lower water quality and higher rates.
Service: Temporary

Notes

These are organizers, activists, successful in passing legislation at the local and state level.
