Notes
This is a loosely organized group of techs and tech-fans, that have goals for "the world". Being "peace loving", the group acribes to non-violence, but appears to find "hacking" to be acceptable, as long as it's not attacking a person. Good organizers. It's hard to tell, of course, if they are capable of anything but isolated attacks and "inspiration". But the certainly are building a lot of interesting tools.
They like to be "anonymous", and so don't have a central website, or better said, don't "admit" to having a central website, which is ironic, since they are "all about transparency". Perhaps they mean all about transparency for governments. And/or big orgs? If someone can shed some light on it, that would be great.
a core group of organizers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LulzSec
another core group is working on resilient networks, in case large corps/governments decide to take down networks, or deny access to "the people".

This is apparently, a group helping organize "stuff"...whether it be "an" attack, or "the" revolution, it appears to be the central dashboard, or one of them.
