Catholic Charities USA

Nearly 1,800 local Catholic Charities agencies and institutions make up the Catholic Charities network, which serves more than 7.1 million people-regardless of their religion, race, or background-each year with vital services including food for the hungry; shelter for the homeless; and emergency financial assistance for families of working poor.

-----------------------------

Catholic Charities agencies strengthen their communities by empowering the people within them. They help families and individuals overcome tragedy, poverty, and other life challenges.

Every agency is unique. They share a common goal of providing the services and programs that their particular community needs the most.
