Mission: The Positive Living Treatment Center is dedicated to quality care of individuals with diminished functioning capabilities due to an emotional or psychiatric disorder. PLTC offers an alternative to an inpatient setting and a transitional, psycho-social rehabilitation option that fosters independece, dignity and respect for all persons served.
