2012 HURRICANE SANDY NOTICES

The Lyndhurst Emergency Operation Center (EOC) is now activated. The EOC can be reached by calling the Lyndhurst Police Department at (201) 939-2900 and selecting prompt #9. As always, for emergencies DIAL 911.

For storm updates, please register at Nixle.com or the reverse 911 telephone notification system at BCOEM.org by clicking the link to Swift911. Both Nixle and Swift911 are FREE. Information is also available via radio at 1700 AM.

Rescheduled:

The Department of Parks & Recreation presents Community Clean-Up Day
COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP DAY rescheduled for Saturday November 10th
The event is at Town Hall Park from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Volunteers are needed! There will be hot chocolate in the morning and lunch for all volunteers. Equipments include rakes, bags, shovels, gloves, and tee-shirts!
