Notes

*One room is available April 1, and one room June 1, in our interfaith coop
in Jamaica Plain!*

Our house is a warm and diverse community. We are rooted in Jewish rhythms
with room for pluralism and diversity. We strive to live out consensus,
ecological awareness, and faith values in every part of our house. We
follow transparent financial practices. Our house is
kosher-by-ingredient/vegetarian. We are open to members of all faith
backgrounds, ages, genders, sexualities, ethnicities, and professions.

House activities include rotated weekly cook-nights, monthly movie nights,
monthly dinner discussions, monthly Shabbat dinners/lunches, gardening, and
household maintenance. Dinner guests and weekend guests are common. Monthly
house meetings are mandatory.

We are teachers, healthcare professionals, food justice workers, peace
workers, vegan cooks, and aspiring doulas. We range in age from 23 to 55.
We are Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, agnostic, and interspiritual. We are
omnivores, vegans, vegetarians, and fruitarians. Common interests include
environmental protection, food justice, gardening, bicycling, veg*n
cooking, bread baking, spiritual community, Bob Dylan, Wallace and Gromit,
leopard print onesies, cross country skiing, and enjoying the company of
friends.

Our space:

the basement.
