Everything in the city is bikable distance from here.
Next to McKinney Playground and Park (with basketball hoops and baseball field)
Quick stroll to Brighton Center (tons of restaurants bars etc.)
Shared Responsibilities
contribute to 1 house meal a week so we can have foods prepared most days.
chores. plan do a 2 - 3 hours a month of chore work like cleaning
meetings. plan to meet with roommates about twice a month to check in, make plans, review house processes etc.
Rent
We have 8 members (6 rooms) and the average rent is $450 per person with range 350 - 575 (average $600 per room with range 525 - 750).
House
is 2 family residence
6 bedrooms and two kitchens (upstairs could be the main kitchen that everyone uses). There's also a dining room and adjoining living room upstairs. A dining room downstairs could be given some other function like art space or who knows.
Basement is pretty big and the divider wall could be taken out easily to make it more open for some use.
Attic is unfinished but perhaps in the distant future it could be and a stairwell added to get more bedrooms.
Two enclosed back porches. one on each floor.
Backyard is cute. has picnic table and a big ol' maple tree. The back is shady because of tree but could try a garden here.
Front yard has rusted fence and big bushes that fill it up. These can be removed to make way for a front garden.
