Affiliation: TEFAP - Emergency Food Assistance Program

Emergency Food Assistance: The emergency food assistance program is the main program of the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank. Through TEXCAP and our member agencies, we are able to help families in need of food throughout our 13-North county service area. The food bank gathers both perishable and nonperishable foods as well as nonfood items. These items are then distributed to our 13-North county service area food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless shelters, and other programs for those in need.
