Free Clinic in Chennai
Lack of medical awareness and expensive diagnostic procedure people are coming for treatment at the later stage of the disease, which make the medical treatment difficult. In order to create this awareness and screening the Trust decided to open a small free clinic in the outskirts of Chennai.
On 1 st August, 2004, the Trust started a free clinic in Pallikaranai, Chennai. On the day of inauguration 127 people were registered and they were screened and given medications by Dr. S. Ghosh and his team of doctors. Children and old aged women are the most beneficial by this clinic. From that day onwards 20 to 30 village people are coming for treatment everyday. The Trust appointed two doctors to take care of the patients. This free clinic run by Dr. Ghosh Charitable Trust is treating about 400 patients every month.

Free Clinic in Kolkata
With the success of the Chennai branch Free Clinic, the Trust decided to open a branch in Kolkata. The new clinic was successfully inaugurated on 11 th Aug 2004 with the help of local supporters.
Two doctors and one coordinator appointed to run the clinic. On an average, 250 people are getting benefited by this clinic every month.
