Dr. Ghosh Charitable Trust has been set up with the singular vision of upliftment of people who are less fortunate to avail medical treatments, pursue careers and aspirations in the medical and allied fields.
Dr. Siddhartha Ghosh is the visionary behind this trust, which will promote and encourage the aspirations of the underprivileged. Dr. Ghosh Charitable Trust is a light at the end of the tunnel for thousands of such people.
Dr. Ghosh Charitable Trust hopes to provide modern facility in neurology, and create awareness among people to get treated at the early stage of the disease. And this Trust is reaching out to those people who cannot afford the treatment and are left in distress. Very few medical institutions have facilities to treat brain and spinal disorders. Education too is a distant dream for some owing to many factors like poverty and lack of opportunity.
Dr. Ghosh Charitable Trust is helping people in creating awareness of brain tumors and helping those who cannot afford the expenditure of this super speciality treatment.
Objectives
Among its many progressive and pioneering objectives, the main objectives of the Trust are:
To help poor people in getting medical treatment especially for brain tumors and other neurological disorders.
To set up medical establishments and facilities for the greater benefit of the public.
To establish research, laboratory and library facilities to advance the cause of quality medical education.
To provide medical and paramedical education for underprivileged people.
To organize scholarships, subsidies and prizes for promising students.

The Trust has been conducting free medical camps & awareness programs about headache and brain tumors in various places, Trust gives more important to the rural part of the country.
