Financial Assistance, Case Management for Financial Matters

Case management and financial assistance: Our case manager is on duty from 8:30AM - 5 PM, and accepts appointments for general assistance to evacuees and families in Adams County and Concordia Parish, Louisiana who are hosting displaced families in their homes. Financial assistance includes rent, utilities, furniture, medical prescriptions, and transportation. NOTE: Financial assistance is very limited and based on individual needs after all other resources are exhausted. We are setting up appointments by phone at 601-960-8940. We are not giving out the address to discourage walk-ins, allowing us to give more personal, individualized assistance.
